Role Overview:

Are you anexperienced recruiter looking to earn extra income on a flexible schedule? Joinour team as a Freelance Recruiter! This role involves working remotely tosupport our internal recruitment team on a project-by-project basis. You’llplay a key role in delivering top-notch talent to our clients within agreedtimelines.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with the internalrecruitment team to understand specific role requirements.
• Source, screen, and shortlistqualified candidates using various platforms and tools.
• Conduct initial interviews toevaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
• Provide regular updates oncandidate pipelines and progress.
• Ensure timely delivery ofrecruitment milestones while maintaining excellent communication throughout theprocess.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as arecruiter (1-2 years minimum), with a track record of successful placements.
• Strong ability to source andassess candidates across multiple industries and roles.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented mindset, withthe ability to deliver quality outcomes within agreed timelines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, anddetail oriented.
