As our Brand Partnerships Manager, you’ll be steering performance, elevating standards and ensuring we deliver outstanding work every time.

What you'll be doing:

  • Growing our partner network through smart, strategic recruitment

  • Nurturing and retaining our existing brand partners

  • Leading pitches, negotiating commercial deals, and managing contracts

  • Running multiple projects end‑to‑end with excellence and efficiency

  • Driving team performance, resourcing, and a culture of productivity and positivity

  • Championing TLC’s global strategy and shaping the product portfolio in your market

  • Spearhead brand partner recruitment and build strong, long‑lasting relationships

  • Secure high‑value commercial deals aligned with global and local strategy

  • Manage projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they run on time and to the highest standards

  • Lead, support, and develop the Brand Partnerships team

  • Optimise profitability through efficient cost management and innovative partnership solutions

  • Stay ahead of market and industry trends, identifying new opportunities for growth

Who we're looking for:

  • Project management experience

  • A proven track record in brand partnerships, commercial negotiation, and relationship management

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing abilities

  • A strategic mindset with a passion for maximising value and spotting new opportunities

  • Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail

  • A natural team motivator with a positive, proactive attitude

  • Approachable, diplomatic, and great at building trust

  • Calm under pressure with excellent time‑management skills

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and committed to excellence
