We’re a small but ambitious team, and we’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to accelerate our growth and establish Tivro Africa as the go-to technology platform for verified rental solutions.

Role Overview

The Customer Support Specialist will act as the first point of contact for users, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with our operations and technical teams to provide efficient and empathetic support.

Qualifications

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective solutions.
  • Educate users about Tivro Africa’s services and platform features.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant teams and follow up until resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for service improvement.
  • Provide feedback to enhance the customer experience and platform usability.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; knowledge of other African languages is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and explain digital platforms quickly.
  • High level of empathy and professionalism when dealing with customer concerns.
