Corporate Benefits Consultant

Titan Wealth is a fast-growing wealth management business that is seeking a Corporate Benefits Consultant to advise business clients on Corporate Employee Benefits. The ideal candidate will be a specialist in Health and Wellbeing products and Group Risk products, and have experience in benefit platforms and flexible benefits.

Requirements

• Maintain and grow client portfolio
• Work with Titan Risk and Reward/Corporate Consultants and wider business to understand and promote products and campaigns
• Achieve set individual and business targets through campaigns
• Present to both employers and employees, where required
• Demonstrate the highest professional standards in all dealings with both existing and prospective clients
• Develop business relationships quickly and remotely with a robust contact and engagement strategy with all stakeholders including providers and clients
• Highlight key sales differentiators to promote Titan proposition
• Undertake projects, organise events and take responsibility for communicating with/ to stakeholders including clients, to support the needs of the business or to achieve departmental objectives
• Perform ad hoc tasks as and when required, always bearing in mind TCF and the needs of the business
• Support with wider Titan projects as and when required
