Titan Wealth is a fast-growing wealth management business that is seeking a Corporate Benefits Consultant to advise business clients on Corporate Employee Benefits. The ideal candidate will be a specialist in Health and Wellbeing products and Group Risk products, and have experience in benefit platforms and flexible benefits.
Requirements
- Maintain and grow client portfolio
- Work with Titan Risk and Reward/Corporate Consultants and wider business to understand and promote products and campaigns
- Achieve set individual and business targets through campaigns
- Present to both employers and employees, where required
- Demonstrate the highest professional standards in all dealings with both existing and prospective clients
- Develop business relationships quickly and remotely with a robust contact and engagement strategy with all stakeholders including providers and clients
- Highlight key sales differentiators to promote Titan proposition
- Undertake projects, organise events and take responsibility for communicating with/ to stakeholders including clients, to support the needs of the business or to achieve departmental objectives
- Perform ad hoc tasks as and when required, always bearing in mind TCF and the needs of the business
- Support with wider Titan projects as and when required
