Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box. So if you think you qualify, but don't necessarily meet every single point on the job description, please still get in touch.

As a Manager, Client Partner, you will own day‑to‑day client delivery for a defined scope - either leading SMB client relationships end‑to‑end or owning a workstream/segment within a larger client - while managing and developing a small team. You’ll translate client goals into clear plans and priorities, monitor performance rigorously, and deliver concise “what / so‑what / now‑what” updates in client touchpoints. You’ll maintain strong relationships with day‑to‑day stakeholders, escalate risks early, and partner with Directors/Group Directors for positioning, trade‑offs, and more complex governance decisions.

Key responsibilities

Client‑Centric

  • Understand the client’s immediate business goals, audience, and constraints for assigned accounts/workstreams; maintain day‑to‑day relationships and expand stakeholder mapping beyond the primary contact.

  • Own executional planning and baseline strategic tasks (e.g., brief interrogation, competitor scan) for your scope, with Director guidance on positioning and trade‑offs.

  • Monitor performance rigorously; draft clear “what / so‑what / now‑what” POVs; ensure reporting transparency; escalate risks early.

  • Align staffing/hours to scope within your clients; surface upsell/cross‑sell signals to the most senior client relationship owner.

  • Contribute channel/workstream sections in new business pitches as an SME (especially for SMB pursuits or within larger pitch teams).

Product‑Led

  • Use the product suite for reporting, QA, and client storytelling within your scope; explain core features and data limitations relevant to your workstream or client set.

  • Apply tools to optimize campaigns and communications; document bugs/data issues and execute QA playbooks.

  • Actively troubleshoot and provide structured feedback to Product via your Pod Leader; champion adoption within the Pod.

Data & Measurement‑Driven

  • Pull, reconcile, and QA data across platforms for your scope; identify anomalies and engage Analytics/Econometrics when advanced methods are needed (e.g., MMM, incrementality).

  • Craft concise data stories with recommended actions (“what / so‑what / now‑what”) and co‑present to clients with Director/Group Director sponsorship when appropriate.

  • Understand core platform data structures and measurement frameworks; use appropriate escalation paths for advanced analytics support.

The Tinuiti Way

  • Demonstrate strong depth in a primary domain and growing cross‑channel literacy; articulate how channels are measured and contribute to the mix for your clients.

  • Apply basic inventory/economic model thinking for your channel(s) to inform trade‑offs and recommendations.

  • Communicate “product + measurement + channel” in client‑ready language and align to Tinuiti ways of working in briefs, plans, and reviews.

Owner Mindset

  • Take accountability for outcomes within your scope; run after‑action reviews, share learnings, and adapt quickly as priorities change.

  • Build strong internal relationships and collaborate across channel and product teams; flag thoughtfully framed cross‑sell ideas to leaders.

  • Contribute to new business through relevant case inputs and scope clarity.

People Leader

  • Effectively manage a high‑performing team with clear goals, expectations, and regular coaching; run effective 1:1s, feedback, and quality reviews; hold the team to values and performance.

  • Build early leadership bench strength by delegating stretch work, pairing mentors, and recognizing wins; support change communications and adoption.

  • Drive a product‑led mindset within the Pod; ensure process and standards adoption on your team.

Professional & Technical Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years in client delivery, account leadership, consulting, or adjacent roles in performance marketing/integrated media.

  • Demonstrated experience leading executional planning and running day‑to‑day client delivery for a defined scope; comfortable presenting clear updates and recommendations in client touchpoints.

  • Comfort working with performance data and reporting: QA, anomaly detection, and turning data into concise “what / so‑what / now‑what” narratives.

  • 1+ years of people leadership (or strong team leadership experience) including coaching, prioritization, and quality control.

  • Strong collaboration skills across channels, analytics, and product; knows when to escalate for advanced measurement or complex stakeholder issues
