We’re seeking a Federal Solution Architect who plays a key leadership role in designing and driving the successful delivery of complex Federal Salesforce Public Sector solutions, specifically within Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

Requirements

  • Lead the overall Salesforce Service Cloud and Public Sector solution design and implementation
  • Develop high-level solution architecture and detailed design documents
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for cleared Federal stakeholders
  • Partner with Technical Architects to ensure adherence to best practices and Federal compliance
  • Mentor and lead development teams, Business Analysts, and QA resources
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and partner with sales/business development teams
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends
