Salesforce Developer - Service Cloud/Agentforce (Cleared)

Thunder is looking for a Salesforce Developer to help pioneer the next generation of AI-driven government service. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying secure Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce solutions.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of Salesforce development experience specializing in Apex, LWC, and secure API integrations
• Proven ability to implement business logic and automation within Salesforce
• Familiarity with integrating Salesforce into Federal legacy systems
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in complex, cleared environments
• Extensive knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, and building comprehensive customer journeys
• Experience with secure development practices, Git, and CI/CD pipelines in Federal delivery environments
• Practical expertise in Agile methodology, including managing scrum calls and prioritizing backlogs for complex programs
