Thunder's Account Delivery Manager (DM) serves as the delivery-side owner of customer outcomes, operating as the “CEO of the project”, and is accountable for ensuring that delivery strengthens account health, protects executive trust, and produces measurable business value.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ implementation/delivery consulting experience within the Salesforce consulting partner ecosystem
- Successful track record serving as overall engagement lead for Salesforce implementations, with a significant understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem
- Ability to align with executives and understand how the project supports customer’s overarching company goals
- A keen eye for risk management before and during engagements, as well as for recognizing opportunities for revenue expansion with existing customers
- Strong executive presence to appropriately manage through difficult conversations, taking a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Effectively facilitates meetings and relationships with key stakeholders and demonstrates consensus-building skills
- Willingness to travel (potential for travel in a presales or delivery capacity)
- At least 2 Active Salesforce Certifications (Preferred)
