Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing performance campaigns (Meta and/or Google Ads)
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear communicator and dependable team player
- Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to work independently
- Data-driven with a process-oriented approach to campaign execution
- Comfortable adapting quickly to campaign performance changes
