  • You have at least 7 years of professional experience, ideally spanning roles where curiosity, initiative, and relationship-building drove measurable outcomes.
  • You may have experience in Talent Development, HR, or L&D, and if you already speak that language, even better.

About the Role

As ThinkHuman’s Program Partnerships Lead, you’ll run experiments and lead strategic initiatives that move the organization forward, from testing new growth approaches and marketing tools to building systems that strengthen how ThinkHuman engages with the world.

You might pilot a new LinkedIn campaign, build a reporting dashboard, or lead outreach to HR executives at Fortune 500 and growth-stage companies.
Your work will directly support ThinkHuman’s growth, impact, and profitability, helping the company reach more organizations and develop more extraordinary leaders.

What You’ll Do

  • Build meaningful relationships, connect with leaders in HR and Learning & Development to understand their needs, share insights, and open doors for collaboration.
  • Drive strategic growth initiatives, create and refine approaches that generate interest and engagement from the right organizations.
  • Run and refine experiments, design and test new ideas, tools, and systems that help ThinkHuman learn faster, reach the right audiences, and deliver greater value.
    Lead strategic initiatives, identify opportunities to enhance how we grow, operate, and serve clients, then drive them from idea to implementation.
    Analyze and optimize, use data to evaluate experiments, surface insights, and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate across teams, partner closely with the Head of Program Strategy, marketing, and delivery teams to align experiments, messaging, and priorities.
  • Build capability for the organization, strengthen the systems, tools, and insights that make ThinkHuman more effective, connected, and scalable.
  • Stay curious about the field, deepen your understanding of leadership development, market trends, and what drives impact in organizations.
