Role Overview:
In this dynamic role, the Lead Full Stack Developer has dual responsibility: providing strong leadership through effective line management and contributing directly to the development solutions. You mentor and guide team members, manage performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Simultaneously, you apply your technical expertise to design, develop and enhance our product, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and innovative capabilities either directly in product or as part of an integration suite.


Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of software developers as they contribute to the project in a sprint
  • Hold 1-1s with your team
  • Ensure that developers work to a high quality and that the work is performant
  • Ensure DevOps work items are updated daily
  • Technical Design and Development of integration core Components
  • General contribution to the sprint goals
  • Contribute to the elaboration and planning processes and ensure the team successfully plans and executes sprints and sprint ceremonies
  • Collaborate on the technical planning and alignment of the product(s)
  • Manage and contribute to the resolution of client escalations

Requirements

  • Experience in software development of large, web-based software products (preferably SaaS), using Scrum or Agile frameworks.
  • Experience developing full stack in an agile environment.
  • Experience designing and using Azure components such as App Services and Azure SQL.
  • Experience designing, analysing and improving Azure configurations such as data factories.
  • Experience in a leading, mentoring or management role.
  • A strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle in Agile environments.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps.
  • Experience applying AI and data to improve products and ways of working.
