Requirements
Active Texas MLO license (required — NMLS verification will be run)
Minimum 12 months of recent, continuous loan origination experience
Basic knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo Portfolio and non-QM
Excellent communication skills — phone, email, and client-facing
Self-motivated; able to manage a pipeline independently
