Requirements
- Seasoned (5+) years’ experience as a Bartender or Barista in the beverage industry with proven expertise
- Excellent presentation, communication, project management and influencing skills
- Ability to lead and develop product training for both internal and external teams
- Knowledge of front and back of house operations and competency in menu development
