Detailer (Federal Programs)

CBX Solutions is looking for a Federal Programs Detailer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical execution, coordination, and compliance review of federal and government projects from award through release for ordering. The role requires strong specification interpretation, contract awareness, and the ability to identify execution, compliance, coordination, and scope-related risks prior to release.

Requirements

• Review contract documents, specifications, estimates, addenda, RFIs, approved substitutions, and project requirements
• Prepare accurate and code-compliant door, frame, hardware, and specialty schedules
• Process project changes, revisions, change orders, and scope modifications within Comsense
• Maintain detailed and accurate Comsense project records
• Identify, assess, and communicate project risks related to specifications, scope gaps, code compliance, material lead times, substitutions, coordination conflicts, execution limitations, or contract requirements
