Buscamos un/a Intérprete de Lengua de Signos Española (LSE) para realizar interpretación simultánea por videollamada entre clientes usuarios de lengua de signos y técnicos de tienda de una reconocida empresa internacional del sector tecnológico.

Tu labor será clave para garantizar una comunicación fluida, accesible y profesional entre ambas partes.

La interpretación se realizará en videollamadas a tres bandas, donde actuarás como puente comunicativo entre el agente (hablante de español) y el cliente (usuario de LSE). Recibirás formación específica en terminología que necesites para asegurar una interpretación precisa y de calidad.

Responsabilidades

Realizar interpretación simultánea entre español oral y Lengua de Signos Española (LSE) en videollamadas
Facilitar la comunicación entre técnicos de tienda y clientes usuarios de LSE
Mantener un alto nivel de precisión, neutralidad y profesionalidad durante las sesiones
Adaptarse a la terminología técnica del entorno (formación incluida)
Garantizar la confidencialidad y el trato respetuoso en todas las interacciones

Requirements

Titulación oficial como Intérprete de Lengua de Signos Española
Experiencia previa demostrable como intérprete de LSE (no se valoran perfiles sin experiencia o estudiantes sin práctica probada)
Hablante nativo/a de español
Nivel de inglés B1/B2 para utilizar sistemas internos y seguir documentación de formación (no se requiere interacción con clientes en inglés)
Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y profesional en un entorno 100% remoto
Excelente comunicación, precisión lingüística y habilidades interpersonales
