We are looking for a Senior Customer Support Engineer to support our customers in hospitals and medical practices in using our SaaS solutions for image data management.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or study in the field of computer science or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in technical customer support (preferably in the medical field)
- Fundamental knowledge of clinical IT, especially PACS systems and communication standards like DICOM, IHE, and HL7
- Practical experience with Windows Server, SQL databases, and archive systems
- Knowledge/experience of IT Service Management and processes in IT operations (e.g. ITIL)
- Excellent communication skills and service-oriented thinking
- Enjoy direct customer contact
- Very good German knowledge (at least C1 level) as well as good English knowledge
