TEHORA is seeking a Recruitment Manager with excellent technical skills to leverage their skills within a multi-disciplinary team. The retained recruiter will be required to carry out the complete staffing process, establish recruitment priorities, and follow up with non-selected candidates on their application.
Requirements

- Feed candidate pools and qualify candidates for future needs
- Identify passive candidates on LinkedIn and generate their interest
- Analyze candidate skills in accordance with business needs
- Counsel and accompany managers during interviews and candidate selection
- Propose and implement solutions in the area of talent attraction and acquisition
- Stay abreast of market trends
- Have 1 year of experience in recruitment
- EXPERIENCE IN A RECRUITMENT AGENCY, highly appreciated
- Ability to work in a team and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good management of unexpected situations and priorities
- Ease in organizing your work, a sense of rigor and attention to detail
- Initiative and ability to anticipate next steps and actions to be taken
- Excellent client approach and rigor in follow-up
- Sense of ethics and ability to protect HR information confidentiality
- Autonomy with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to manage 15 to 20 open positions according to established recruitment priorities
- Experience in recruiting specialized positions in IT and engineering
- Intermediate level of English, oral and written
- Perfect French, oral and written
