TEHORA is seeking a Recruitment Officer with excellent technical skills and a desire to leverage their expertise within a multi-functional team. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for providing a range of services and deliverables, including conducting a complete staffing process, collaborating with managers, and establishing recruitment priorities.
Requirements
- Conducting a complete staffing process
- Collaborating with managers (need analysis, job posting, CV screening, candidate selection, phone interviews, virtual interviews, sending tests, and sending the employment contract)
- Establishing recruitment priorities and conducting a rigorous follow-up of ongoing mandates
- Following up with non-selected candidates on their candidacy
- Feeding candidate pools and qualifying candidates for future needs
- Identifying passive candidates on LinkedIn and generating their interest
- Having a perfect mastery of recruitment on social networks and establishing a presence on LinkedIn with active and passive candidates
- Analyzing candidate skills based on business needs
- Advising and accompanying managers during interviews and candidate selection
- Proposing and implementing solutions for talent attraction and acquisition (research strategies, external visibility, and appropriate recruitment sources)
- Remaining alert to market trends (job postings, interview canvases, psychometric tests)
- Having 1 year of experience in recruitment
- EXPERIENCE IN RECRUITMENT AGENCY, Strongly appreciated
- Ability to work in a team and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good management of unexpected situations and priorities, determining problems, and finding possible solutions
- Ease of organizing work, rigor, and attention to detail
- Initiative and ability to anticipate next steps and actions
- Excellent customer approach and rigor in follow-ups
- Sense of ethics and ability to protect HR information confidentiality
- Autonomy with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to manage 15 to 20 open positions according to established recruitment priorities
- Experience in recruitment of specialized positions in IT and engineering (civil engineering, BTP, an asset)
- Intermediate level of English language, oral and written
- Impeccable French, oral and written
