TEHORA is looking for a Recruitment Manager with excellent technical skills and knowledge to use their skills within a versatile team. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, including candidate selection, follow-up, and talent attraction.
Requirements
- Conduct the entire recruitment process
- Establish recruitment priorities and conduct a rigorous follow-up of ongoing mandates
- Follow up with non-selected candidates on their candidacy
- Feed candidate pools and qualify candidates for future needs
- Identify passive candidates on LinkedIn and generate their interest
- Analyze candidate skills based on business needs
- Counsel and accompany managers during interviews and candidate selection
- Propose and implement solutions for talent attraction and acquisition
- Remain up-to-date with new market trends
- Manage 15 to 20 open positions based on established recruitment priorities
- Experience in recruiting specialized IT and engineering positions
