TEHORA is looking for a Recruitment Manager with excellent technical skills and knowledge to use their skills within a versatile team. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, including candidate selection, follow-up, and talent attraction.

Requirements

• Conduct the entire recruitment process
• Establish recruitment priorities and conduct a rigorous follow-up of ongoing mandates
• Follow up with non-selected candidates on their candidacy
• Feed candidate pools and qualify candidates for future needs
• Identify passive candidates on LinkedIn and generate their interest
• Analyze candidate skills based on business needs
• Counsel and accompany managers during interviews and candidate selection
• Propose and implement solutions for talent attraction and acquisition
• Remain up-to-date with new market trends
• Manage 15 to 20 open positions based on established recruitment priorities
• Experience in recruiting specialized IT and engineering positions
