Associate Principal - Security

The Associate Principal - Security role is a mid-level engineering position that involves leading small- to mid-scale projects, guiding project teams, and contributing to the growth of TEECOM's engineers. The role requires strong engineering capability, reliable project leadership, and growing influence in shaping TEECOM's systems, documentation, and delivery. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services, a bachelor's degree in Engineering, and strong proficiency in Autodesk, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, and GitHub.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services with demonstrated discipline-specific capability.
• Strong understanding of project delivery workflows, client expectations, documentation standards, and cross-discipline coordination requirements.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, and GitHub.
