Requirements
- Proven experience in phone sales techniques
- Experience in Luxury Sales and/or Customer Service environments for specialized Home sales, or in Commercial sales roles
- Familiarity with business purchasing behaviors involving longer decision-making processes, multiple stakeholders, and focus on long-term value and ROI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an understanding of consumer purchasing habits
- Long-term customer relationship approach
- Familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
