Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SEM Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media paid channels. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering measurable results through strategic campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage SEM campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid channels.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to create effective ad copy, landing pages, and visuals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine updates, and best practices in paid advertising.
- Manage budgets, bids, and performance goals for multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SEM, paid search, or digital advertising.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics, and other SEM/analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting data to drive actionable insights.
- Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
