- Own the growth engine: Scale user acquisition from 4x current levels to 500K+ monthly signups within 12 months
- Build a multi-channel acquisition strategy beyond SEO—paid media, influencer, partnerships, social
- Craft Teal's brand narrative that resonates emotionally with job seekers while driving measurable business outcomes
- Get your hands dirty—personally run experiments, adjust campaigns, and test new channels before scaling
- Own the marketing P&L—manage budgets, model scenarios, and make trade-offs between brand investment and performance metrics
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, blending internal talent with agencies and freelancers
- Partner closely with product on brand and positioning to enable a PLG optimizated user journey
