We are looking for a Project Administrator to provide administrative and financial support to a residential building practice, helping to keep jobs moving efficiently from tender through to completion.

Requirements

  • Process and verify supplier and subcontractor invoices
  • Draft job quotes and proposals based on project specifications
  • Assist with estimating and quantity takeoffs
  • Prepare and submit credit applications and other project-related documentation
  • Maintain and update project trackers, job files, and cost records
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients on administrative matters
  • Support general ad hoc administration across active projects
