We are looking for a Project Administrator to provide administrative and financial support to a residential building practice, helping to keep jobs moving efficiently from tender through to completion.
Requirements
- Process and verify supplier and subcontractor invoices
- Draft job quotes and proposals based on project specifications
- Assist with estimating and quantity takeoffs
- Prepare and submit credit applications and other project-related documentation
- Maintain and update project trackers, job files, and cost records
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients on administrative matters
- Support general ad hoc administration across active projects
