We are looking for a skilled Para Planner to support financial planners in preparing Statements of Advice, Records of Advice, and review documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory and licensee requirements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Australian financial planning para planning or advice support role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM and financial planning software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Understanding of Australian financial planning processes, FASEA standards, and licensee requirements
  • Working knowledge of superannuation, investment, insurance, and retirement planning concepts
