Para Broker (Mortgage Broker Support)

We are seeking a skilled Para Broker to join an established and growing Australian brokerage, assisting with mortgage applications, liaising with clients and lenders, and maintaining compliance with lending guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Australian mortgage broking support role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Understanding of Australian mortgage processes and lender requirements
• Must be available to join meetings at any time for check-ins and coordination as required
• Proactive attitude - able to follow up clients, lenders, and third parties without being prompted
