Requirements

• Experience of clinical work in healthcare or customer-facing work in social care
• Exposure to consulting, scaleup/startup, or entrepreneurial environments
• Genuine passion for technology and AI
• Adaptability and an entrepreneurial approach
• Quick thinking, positivity, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Native level language fluency in Finnish and excellent communication skills in English
