The company is looking for an SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Technical Consultant for a compact project, predominantly remote, in the areas of E-Recruiting, Learning Solution, and Talent Management. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM, customizing, ABAP/ABAP OO development, and enhancements & extensions.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM (ECC), particularly in Learning Solution, E-Recruiting, and Talent Management.
- Solid expertise in customizing, ABAP / ABAP OO development, and enhancements & extensions.
- Experience with WebDynpro for ABAP (Recruiter, MSS, ESS), SAP Workflow, SmartForms / Adobe Forms.
- Experience with SCORM and Learning optimization.
- Experience with SAP HCM Talent Management (incl. Performance Management, Talent Conferences).
- Integration experience (HR master and organizational data between SAP and external systems).
- Experience with SAP Fiori.
- Very good German (B2+) is mandatory.
- Recent hands-on development experience is expected.
