Requirements

• 5+ years in Business Development or Sales within motor valuations, insurance, automotive, or related fields
• Strong track record of closing deals and hitting aggressive targets
• Deep understanding of insurance processes—underwriting, claims, fleets, or motor dealers
• Demonstrated passion for technology, AI, and digital transformation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
