System Analyst

Job Descriptions:

1. Perform tech-engineering tasks to support the technical team in achieving company business goals
2. Lead, manage and train technical teams in system development
3. Create system designs to improve efficiency, availability, scalability, flexibility, functionality and usability of company products
4. Have a deep understanding of software architecture, operating systems, and networking
5. Work closely with technical teams to establish benchmarking, standardization, technical, and other mechanisms for non-functional requirements
6. Work closely with users and stakeholders to understand business needs
7. Create tools and resources that help teams work more efficiently and effectively

Requirements

1. S1 graduate or equivalent from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00
2. Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Systems Analyst or in a related field with at least 2 years previous experience as a software developer/engineer/programmer
3. Must have experience as a System Analyst in a Multifinance Company
4. Proficient in: Planning, Architecting, Designing, Estimating and Executing to make software development delivered well to customers
5. Able to lead a team, guide team members, and ensure work is completed well in accordance with business needs
6. Able to communicate clearly, on target and effectively both orally and in writing
7. Have in-depth knowledge of information technology, software development and distributed frameworks and have enthusiasm in the development of renewable technologies
8. Able to find and fix technical issues in a highly adaptive environment
9. Understand GIT, CI-CD, virtualization and containerization technologies and be able to use tools for Issue Tracking
10. Understanding the Agile Mindset and Scrum Framework
