The Senior Manager of Sales Compensation is responsible for supporting all aspects of sales compensation for the Field Sales and National Sales roles within corporate and field teams.
Requirements
- Participate in the end to end design, modeling and communication of performance management processes for all sales pay programs in the field.
- Design performance management routines for both corporate and field sales functions, along with enabling technologies.
- Partner with analytical resources to identify insights on improvement opportunities in execution of sales pay programs.
