The position is responsible for directing a team through the initiation, development administration and control of all maintenance related repair warranty claims across different Sysco maintenance facilities, locations and relevant third-party suppliers.
Requirements
- Lead and supervise filing of eligible warranty claims through work orders raised across maintenance facilities, follow-up with vendors and process received vendor credits
- Develop and maintain management reports, performance metrics for warranty reimbursements
- Direct periodic, field training across maintenance facilities and coach team members on processes, policies, etc.
