Requirements
- Funded agricultural knowledge, in particular in crop protection
- Certification as a sales professional in crop protection
- More than 3-5 years of experience in the field service, customer management or in customer responsibility
- Good IT knowledge (MS Office, Salesforce, Zoom/Teams)
- Experience in creating commercial documentation, presentations, data analysis, and digital communication
- Marketing knowledge for planning/effecting campaign elements in customer marketing
- Driver's license class B
- Fluent German language skills and good English language skills
- Assertiveness and decision-making skills
- Good coordinator with developed communicative skills, team skills
- Verbal skill and high persuasive power
