Requirements

• Contestable claims review
• Policy reinstatement requests
• MIB inquiries
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and think logically
• Life Insurance Claims experience
• Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Academy of Life Underwriting (ALU) or Life Office Management Association (LOMA) certifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
