Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update data into internal databases and software tools.
Review data for errors or deficiencies and resolve inconsistencies.
Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
Generate standard reports and assist other departments with data-related tasks.
Support office operations and contribute to overall workflow efficiency.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Proven experience in data entry or clerical roles.
Excellent typing speed and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
