✔️Key Requirements
* Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing or operations - ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
* Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, provide structure to complex tasks, and deliver high-quality work on time.
* Content & Community: Evidence of having created relevant and compelling marketing content and proof of having built communities around a product.
* Operational Mindset: High attention to detail and strong organizational skills - ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
* Data-Driven: Know how to apply data and analytics to measure, track, and inform decision-making
* Excellent verbal, written, and cross-cultural communication skills with a strong command over English.
* Hands-on and comfortable working autonomously across different functions and time zones.
* A Bachelor of Science degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
* Desirable: Experience with Figma and Customer.io
Main Responsibilities
* Project Management: Taking ownership of marketing and operational workflows, ensuring timelines are met for global rollouts, pilots, and launches.
* Strategy & Content: Developing and managing our Content Calendar and Social Media Strategy, including copywriting and visual graphics.
* Growth Operations: Supporting the Growth Manager with all matters relating to leads in the pipeline and existing client success initiatives.
* Engagement: Capturing the attention of corporate clients and end-users with engaging content, while monitoring client queries and feedback for quick resolution.
* Commercial Support: Creating and updating commercial materials such as presentations, proposals, and decks for clients and partners.
* Digital Ownership: Taking ownership of our website, SEO, and running monthly performance reports of our marketing strategies.
