We're looking for an experienced VP of Marketing with P&C insurance experience to drive the strategic direction of how we present ourselves to agents, brokers, policyholders, carrier partners, and the marketplace. This is a fast-paced, roll up your sleeves position that partners closely with our sales, underwriting, and executive leadership teams to amplify our brand and grow our distribution network.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in property & casualty insurance
- Experience with both B2B marketing (agents, brokers, wholesale distribution channels) and B2C or policyholder-facing communications
- Experience managing and utilizing CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation tools, and analytics dashboards to drive company growth
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; you can write, present, and persuade across various audiences
