Swyfft is seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of a large-scale claims management system. The successful candidate will have experience working with insurers or insurance carriers, exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills, and a strong technical background.
Requirements
- Manage all day-to-day project planning, execution and implementation for a large-scale claims management system.
- Partner with internal and external teams and vendors to understand and effectively communicate the operational and technical requirements of the project.
- Manage project expectations, requirements and deliverables by providing ongoing proactive communication, documentation and structured follow up to all project stakeholders.
- Lead meetings and standups to ensure all project initiatives are moving forward; you set the pace, remove blockers and ensure project milestones are being met.
- Plan and manage project resource allocation with various departments in the company.
- Document detailed workflows and processes for internal team use that will be transformed into playbooks and reference guides for end user training.
