Requirements
- Clearly analyze, report, and measure team performance metrics using our systems
- Responsible for the selection, evaluation, and retention of necessary contractors, adjusting firms, or related experts
- Hire, train, coach, and mentor new and existing team members
- Utilize previous claims expertise to create and maintain comprehensive claim handling guidelines
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and audits on current team members and field adjusting firms
