Software Support Engineer - Europe

Provide remote and on-site technical support, offer technical training, and summarize technical disclosures. Work on product failures, analyze client service cases, and conduct field testing and reviews. Utilize SQL and Python for data analysis.

Requirements

• Experience in software development, including development and model simulation
• Background in knowledge base development or AI development
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to support commissioning and deployment of industrial energy storage systems
• Solid engineering fundamentals and problem-solving intuition
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate across teams
