You will provide appraisal reports and insurance appraisals for various building types and machinery/equipment across Canada, US, and globally. You must be self-directed, client-focused, and able to work independently.
Requirements
- Full proficiency in reading, writing, and oral interactions in English
- Proficiency in additional language(s) is an asset
- An ASA in Machinery & Technical Specialties professional designation or working towards an ASA designation, is an asset
- Experience applying valuations models related to industrial processes
- A combination of education, designation(s) and experience will be considered
