About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business process outsourcing (BPO) or recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), with proven experience driving new client acquisition, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence globally.

This is a performance-oriented role suited for individuals who are passionate about consultative selling, client relationship management, and driving revenue growth within the outsourcing sector.

What will you do:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across BPO and RPO service lines.
  • Conduct market research and lead generation to target potential clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and RFP responses to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, delivery, and recruitment teams to ensure successful service implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.
  • Contribute to strategic business planning, pricing models, and revenue forecasting.

Who are we looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 4 - 6 years of proven business development or sales experience within the BPO or RPO industry.
  • Strong understanding of outsourcing models, workforce solutions, and recruitment lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and craft winning strategies.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven professional with a growth mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing regional or APAC accounts.
  • Attracting client network within the outsourcing or HR solutions space.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
