As a Junior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the system and process landscape behind our sales and BD success. You will work closely with our Head of Business Development, CEO, and Sales Leadership, and ensure that all systems work seamlessly together.
Requirements
- Studies in business administration, economics, data, marketing, or similar qualifications
- First practical experience in startups, consulting, growth, CRM, or operations
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of numbers
- Very good Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Ideally, experience with CRM systems (particularly HubSpot) and sales tools
- Fluent German knowledge and good English knowledge
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
