About Studio Incline
Studio Incline is a creative strategy, marketing, and consulting studio based in the mountains of Utah. Our growing remote team works from wherever they are most productive and inspired to deliver thoughtful, high-quality work for clients in the outdoor, nonprofit, tech, climate, startup, and ecommerce spaces.
We partner with select brands and organizations to build strategies, campaigns, creative systems, and content that drive real results — while maintaining a strong focus on intentional design, elevated execution, and long-term relationships.
Our team is made up of self-motivated people who care deeply about quality, communication, and doing great work without unnecessary ego or corporate overhead.
The Opportunity

We regularly collaborate with designers, marketers, strategists, copywriters, project managers, motion designers, ecommerce specialists, social media managers, operational support professionals, and other creative problem-solvers.
Most positions are:
Fully remote
Part-time to full-time depending on workload
Ongoing 1099 contractor roles to start
Flexible and project-based

A portfolio, resume, or body of work demonstrating experience and capabilities
Experience in outdoor, ecommerce, startup, nonprofit, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus, but not required.

Compensation varies depending on the role, experience level, specialization, and scope of work involved. Most opportunities are structured as flexible, project-based contractor engagements, with potential for expanded scope and ongoing work based on performance and client needs.
