About the Role

As one of the first SDR hires for the French market expansion, you’ll play a foundational role in driving revenue growth in the French market. This is a high-impact opportunity to build a strong sales pipeline from the ground up and shape go-to-market strategy.

You won’t just rely on inbound leads—you’ll be at the forefront of outbound prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and creating opportunities with top enterprises.
You’ll work closely with sales leadership, gain exposure to enterprise SaaS selling, and fast-track your career growth.


Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified opportunities by prospecting and researching French enterprises

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and follow-ups

  • Identify and engage with decision-makers: CFOs, CIOs, Finance Heads, Tax Heads, IT Leaders

  • Create personalized and creative outreach campaigns (via email, LinkedIn, calling, etc.)

  • Pitch the company and solutions to prospects as a trusted advisor

  • Record and update all lead interactions and activities in the CRM

  • Nurture warm prospects while developing new opportunities

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and sales representatives

  • Refine outreach strategies to increase conversion effectiveness


Requirements

  • Professional French speaker with professional-level English

  • 1–5 years of experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation for French markets

  • Strong track record in enterprise-level SaaS or IT/software sales

  • Hustle attitude with curiosity to learn and grow

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • CRM knowledge (Salesforce or similar) is a plus
