About the Role
As one of the first SDR hires for the French market expansion, you’ll play a foundational role in driving revenue growth in the French market. This is a high-impact opportunity to build a strong sales pipeline from the ground up and shape go-to-market strategy.
You won’t just rely on inbound leads—you’ll be at the forefront of outbound prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and creating opportunities with top enterprises.
You’ll work closely with sales leadership, gain exposure to enterprise SaaS selling, and fast-track your career growth.
Responsibilities
Generate qualified opportunities by prospecting and researching French enterprises
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and follow-ups
Identify and engage with decision-makers: CFOs, CIOs, Finance Heads, Tax Heads, IT Leaders
Create personalized and creative outreach campaigns (via email, LinkedIn, calling, etc.)
Pitch the company and solutions to prospects as a trusted advisor
Record and update all lead interactions and activities in the CRM
Nurture warm prospects while developing new opportunities
Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and sales representatives
Refine outreach strategies to increase conversion effectiveness
Requirements
Professional French speaker with professional-level English
1–5 years of experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation for French markets
Strong track record in enterprise-level SaaS or IT/software sales
Hustle attitude with curiosity to learn and grow
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
CRM knowledge (Salesforce or similar) is a plus
