We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Email Support Specialist to join our remote team.   • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Maintain clear records of customer interactions
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Reliable internet connection and computer/laptop
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Previous customer support experience is a plus but not require
