Stova is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Account Manager to support the retention and growth of customer base.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned customer accounts
- Drive customer retention and revenue growth by delivering consistent, measurable value
- Manage a high-volume portfolio through scalable engagement strategies, digital outreach, and marketing automation
- Balance customer advocacy with business objectives to support long-term partnership success
- Maintain deep knowledge of Stova products, features, and positioning to effectively guide customers and identify opportunities
- Accurately forecast renewals, risk, and expansion opportunities on a weekly basis
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment, customer success, and a consistently excellent customer experience
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders by proactively addressing challenges, identifying opportunities, and driving adoption and engagement
