Requirements
- Proven experience in dedicated community management for highly engaged groups
- Strong expertise in Discord management, moderation tools, and community engagement best practices
- Fluent English (C1 or higher), with excellent written communication skills
- Proven ability to create initiatives that drive community growth and engagement
- Deep understanding of gaming culture, trends and platforms (Discord, Reddit, Steam Hub, TikTok)
- Experience in analyzing community sentiment and translating insights into actionable improvements
- Background in the gaming industry
- Ability to manage challenging situations and crisis communication effectively
- Basic video/photo editing
