Clinical Supervisor (Remote-California)

Stella Mental Health is a leading provider of breakthrough mental health treatments for depression, PTSD, and anxiety. We utilize cutting-edge modalities, including ketamine infusions, intranasal esketamine (Spravato), transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), and Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB), to help our patients achieve lasting relief. We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and clinically strong Clinical Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting associate therapists, fostering clinical growth, and contributing to high-quality patient care in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to associate therapists
• Support case consultation and clinical decision-making
• Attend and participate in treatment team meetings
• Ensure ethical, professional, and quality clinical standards are maintained
• Offer guidance, mentorship, and support to developing clinicians
• Collaborate with leadership and multidisciplinary team members as needed

Qualifications

• Active California licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW
• Must be eligible to supervise associate therapists in California
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Experience working in mental health treatment settings preferred
• Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and engaged with the team

Position Details

● Remote position- California

• Part-time: approximately 5–10 hours per week

● Flexible scheduling

• Hourly compensation: $50–$65/hour depending on experience
